Still Problems with New Matchmaking

So I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but I'm still having problems with the new matchmaking. I just got a dodge in a ranked game when it was my turn to pick and suddenly it booted me. Went to join another game and it said I failed to pick my champion. Sometimes when I try to click on a champion to ban them or pick them, it wont work and my timer runs out while I'm trying to click on a champion.

I don't think the new champ select is fixed out. The occasional bug is okay, but not for ranked when a dodge really hurts. Am i the only one still having these issues?

One game all my masteries were labeled wrong. I mean, literally they were all titled stuff that wasn't mine. When I went into the editor, it slowly corrected them, but it was a little confusing during the selection process.
