Lux E Bug

Was playing a ranked 5s game with some friends when we decided Lux would be the best champ for our team comp. Load into the game and everything is fine but after I casted my E once and auto-attacked at about the same time, the E disappeared completely and I could not cast the ability the rest of the game. I tried fully restarting the game and even executing myself to see if it would fix it but nothing did. The ability appeared as if had never been skilled up despite having all 5 points into it. http://puu.sh/kJqcW/d7269732ac.jpg

I just came to report this exact same bug, happened to me in a normal game. The E just fizzled before reaching its destination and was then uncastable for the rest of the game.

There was a Yasuo on the enemy team, however he wasn't nearby when this happened.

I've had this same bug with Gragas's Q, I think it was something to do with skill shot AoE's that can be cast again to do damage.
