Low Priority Queue

So, back when my computer was constantly blue screening or freezing up. I ended up getting leaver bustered pretty hard due to people not having the patience to wait for my computer to boot back up. So now I'm constantly at the 20min for 5 games tier. I think their should be a reset. Anyway back to the original point of this post. I wait the required 20 minutes to get into queue. As soon as it hit 00:00, it went straight back to 20minutes. Then another time, The client glitched on me, the timer kept going up but had made the notification sound that you had found a match. But never popped up with the "Accept" or "Reject" buttons. Therefore I had to reset the timer and wait another 20 minutes. I get you have to punish people but when it was so long ago, don't you think you could reset their tier level on the leaver buster program? So we don't have to always go through these things.
