Lost a promo for a champion select bug.

In select champion fase, timer run down while a enemy was picking (didnt appear as picking anything), but game didnt end. Was stuck there for some minutes because i was in promo (1 win 2 loses), and though trying to exit would count as skip (it counted). My internet didnt whent off during that time (already comproved so), though that would have gotten me out of the champion select fase i think. Also, i was uncapable of pre selecting any champion during the null timer time. The only think i ask for is to atleast restore the lp i lost for the unwanted skip, or half it, given that maybe it was a combination of Riot not so well made client and my potato pc doings (first time it happens, though).
