35 euro charged but no Rp received.

After i paid 35euro, my bank said it was paid . when i clicked done .... i didnt receive receive with a treansaction number and the amount of rp that i recieved on a screen and also didnt receive it at the rp counter. so i went to check on my bank if i really paid 35 ... AND YES i paid 35 euro .... riot has my 35 euro for my rp . I got proof i screenshotted everything so i have proof. So i send a mail to riot so lets hope they will do something other police XD
