[GAMEPLAY] Alistar quick W>Q (possible) bug

Alright, let's start by saying that I have played Alistar pretty much since I started the game, so thats since season 1 to this point. I am still unsure if this is actually a bug, although I reckon it has to be, so I will refer to it as bug anyway. This bug was either not yet present for most of my Alistar playtime or I simply never did the combo fast enough to create the bug. I am also not sure why it is only now that I create this bug report, because I have had problems with it since halfway season 4 or so.

THE BUG ITSELF As you all know, there is the Alistar combo existing of casting Headbutt (W) into Pulverize (Q) interupting the headbutt and knocking your target up, but hitting both spells. The common combo fail means you do not press Q fast enough after W, leading to only W hitting and the target being knocked back. HOWEVER, with my extensive Alistar history, I cast this combo so quickly that I often hit BOTH W and Q but the target STILL FLIES AWAY. This can, as you can imagine, be extremely annoying. This only occurs after pressing WQ consecutively very swiftly, so if you put your mind to doing it slightly slower than your max speed it will still work as intended, however it is pretty hard to do the combo slower than you can.

The strange thing here, is that this bug means what happens is: Headbutt>Pulverize>Headbutt, which should of course be impossible.

Reproduce this bug by simply rapidly pressing W>Q on a target with Alistar, and wait for this result to come up. It might not always happen because of either you not pressing the keys swiftly enough or perhaps the thing simply not occuring. It is hard to say how often this actually happens.

Yep, again, RIOT did nothing about this, and this affects games.
