[GAMEPLAY] - Trynd Ult Activates w/ Animation but Doesn't Work

I just played a game as Trynd in the top lane, activated my ult (animation went off, cooldown, everything) but I got killed 1 second into the ult. Enemy laner was just as surprised as I was and we both agreed I should report it.
