[GAMEPLAY] [CRITICAL] Lucian's Q misses on knockups

I was playing a game with my friend as Lucian and he was playing Blitzcrank. Every time that he would pull someone, naturally, he would knock them up. while knocked up, id Q them, and me Q would go beside them and miss. I'm guessing that the knockup makes the game think that the champ is moving and leads the shot like its supposed to, but its just making it miss and theres nothing I can do about it. It's quite frustrating to have to deal with this, seeing as Lucian Q is crucial in fighting, missing out that damage from a bug is annoying. Please look into this. As said earlier, to reproduce just use Lucian Q on a knocked up target. Not sure if only with Blitz knock up or not.

This is a repost, it doesn't seem like it got any attention and its pretty important to Lucian's kit that his Q doesn't miss due to a bug.
