CAN NOT BUY RUNE PAGE BUNDLE?

I have tried for over a week now to purchase the rune page bundle. I have purchased this in the past but it will not allow me to do it now. When I try to buy it with my RP it says an error occurred. I have more then enough to buy a few of these. I have tried for a couple weeks now to buy this but it will not allow me too. Help please. Thank you
