I was just in a custom game playing darius against a single bot and every time I used my ult on him it did ~8 damage less than was listed in the tooltip. Since the damage is true damage the tooltip SHOULD be spot on. Is there anything I could be missing?
Did the bot have a Doran's Shield?
Doran's Shield removes 8 points of damage from single target attacks and spells, before resistances. Maybe it counts against true damage as well?
I was testing this while the target had 5 stacks of bleed applied. So it is the maximum damage listed that is off by about 8 damage.
