Azir E Lag

Every game I've played with has had a delay whenever I attempt to to use my E, there is a long delay before it activates. Sometimes I have to click it multiple times before it even registers, and even then I usually die before it tries to save me. Please try to fix this bug, it really bugs me. Hehe
