No Indicator on Spell Casting

I don't get to see how big my spells are. It is JUST a click. I know I know, quick cast. I turned on the "Replace quick cast with quick cast with indicator in the quickbind UI" and it did NOTHING. What is wrong with the game/me/my comp. What am I missing. I looked everywhere. Tried to reset everything to default. Tried to set casting to just normal. I can't see my AOE of my spells and it is so hard to hit skill shots now. PLEAS SOMEONE HELP ME!

How do I see range indicators? I'd rather go back to the normal and have to click twice than this.
