RiotDecrepit Please Can You Fix This Mac Audio Bug!!!!

I am sick and tired of having to mute my master volume in game. This really plagues me because 1. When I get into loading screen for a game and I alt tab, I will never know if the game has started because my game sound will be muted. 2. Cant hear pings or SION ULT, DRAGON DEATH, BARON DEATH, etc. Its just really annoying. If I turn on sound I get like 2 fps in fights. What used to happen around patch 6.5? 6.6? is that the audio was messed up badly when I moved my camera to a location from mini-map. Now that's gone but I am still experiencing fps issues.

Specs: -- OSX Version : El Capitan 10.11.4 -- GPU Model : Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB -- CPU Model and Speed : 1.4 GHz Intel Core i5 -- RAM : 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Are you still experiencing both the audio-corruption and in-game performance issues?

Audio? No... or at least I dont know cause I have to mute game sound. In-game performance issues? HELL YES.

Hey Azt,

I'm sorry to hear that you're continuing to experience performance issues with the game; we're looking at this issue to see what more we can do to help players who are still having problems. One thing that I did want to point out is that, unfortunately, it looks like your system specs are currently below our minimum system requirements (specifically, it looks like you're processor's clock speed is below our required speed of 2.0 GHz.) While we want to provide the best experience possible for all of our players, I'm afraid it's much harder to guarantee that for machines that sit outside of our required specs.

As mentioned we're seeing what we can do to help players who are having these in-game issues, I've also linked to our current system requirements for PC and Mac below:

I appreciate the concern but with these specs I run the game consistently at 60 fps (capped with high settings in game). This problem hasn't occurred up until patch 6.6 and there were some corrupt audio files as I felt in game when I moved my camera around to other lanes and heard the ability playing rapidly or repeatedly. And I hope you understand that the only current solution us Mac users have is to mute our in game sound completely and fortunately (or not) it works! Even for me. The oppressive feeling of having 2 fps in a team fight due to audio files is frustrating especially when that is the pinnacle of the game that determines victory or defeat. Whether my specs are at the minimum or not isn't the question right now..
