(GAMEPLAY) Hecarim Bug

Had this in the past game with a Hecarim with a Elderwood Skin as a Draven. The E of Heca triggered in multiple scenarios where it shouldnt be able to trigger. One example was that i run away from him, he pressed e, than a team mate of me appeared, he turned around and went back. After a one sec delay his E procced on me, dealing damage and pushing me back. Another scenario was that leona stunned him, and his E still worked in stun. Last szenario is a lidl bit more acceptable and probably not a bug. He entered lane, i flashed over him. His E still hit me, but did not affect his movement at all. It seems to me like his E is not working right, Riot fix this!
