I have received multiple S games on various champions and haven’t gotten the chest for any of them. I have checked to see if it shows I’ve earned them and it says I have gotten an S but no chest so I don’t know what to do.
You're certain you have a chest available to get? You only get one per week. You also have to own the champion.
You can at most get 4 chests per month or so. Make sure you had a chest available.

According to this you didn't receive any chests at all. So you should be able to earn one since there should be chests available for you.
Did you, by any chance, receive a punishment recently? I know that it gives you restrictions but I don't know which exactly. Could be that you cannot earn chests for a while after you received a ban or a chat restriction
Edit- ok, I overread djdylltron's post a bit. If that's not the case you most likely did not earn the champs you received an S with :/
