[gameplay] Malz passive blocks 2 spells if cast in quick succession

I was playing Alistar and was up against a Malzahar. Needless to say none of my combos worked on him because I used Q and W too fast, making his passive negate both skills instead of just one. I'm pretty sure that'd be the same for any other champ. EDIT: ok so apparently it lasts 0.25s, my bad, sorry for your time
