client bug takes time to do an action

when i click on the play button it takes around 1 min to open to select what match, map etc and when i select the map, match its take around 2 mins to enter the lobby and to select role before clicking 'find match' it take another 2 mins. This bug started after patching 8.14.

anyone got this problem and can help for this problem ??
