Loot problem

Hi riot or other people who can help me. First of all sorry for my bad english. I need help because 1 week before the realeased of the chest and the key I got a chat restrict. 4 month later I never loot at the end of a game it told me you are ineligible to loot cause of recent behavior restrictions. But the problem it's than it's not recent and I want my masteries 6-7 on vayne. So please riot help me with this problem.
