REMAKE BUG

Dear community!

The past 2 weeks I have had 3 games in which the toplaner dced after 30 seconds into the game and DID NOT reconnect or at least tried but failed again and never came back. Although he has been dced for 90 seconds within the first 3 minutes the game would not let us remake.
