league of legends crashing

it has been two month since i begin having this bug when i join game of league the game starts as normal then in the frist 2-3 minutes of the game it makes windows error then the game just freezes the only thing that moves is my Cursor and i cant turn league off or even use my pc i just have to turn my pc off manual that makes me and my team lose i really need anyones help to fix this
