I was in a game where the enemy mid laner hit level two with just the first wave and nothing else. I watched the replay I have no clue how it happened she was not present to soak any exp from anywhere. She sat in a bush then came mid and got level two.
Yeah i´ve seen this too once in one of my games, and while watching a youtube vid although i cant recall which one.
There could be many possibilities like killing champions, wards, accidentally snagging a few raptors from jungle, etc...
We would need to see the replay to know.
not sure after jungle exp changes but a video during season 9 was literally take 1 small raptor and get level 2 from the first wave in mid. the tasty talon all in cheese was strong
