Demoted for Inactivity

Hi, I was demoted to Silver III today for inactivity when I have been actively playing many ranked solo queue games in the past week. I have a screenshot with my match history as well as the inactivity notification attached below.

I was also demoted when I had only played 1 game with 0 LP in Bronze II. After losing one game at 0 LP, I was demoted to Silver III when I had already played 4 or 5 games in the Silver II league. Whatever is going on is not how league ladders are supposed to operate and I would appreciate any help you guys can give. Both these bugs happening at the same time seems very odd to me which makes me think they are connected in some way. Thanks for your time!
