[CLIENT] Following someone in Spectate then moving camera causes player selection issue

Whenever spectating a game if you click on a user's name from the dropdownlist to follow them, but move the camera at all manually then after a few seconds the camera will a) be manual or b) directed, however the original player I was following cannot be selected again without selecting another user/camera mode first

Steps:

1. Spectate game
2. Select user to follow via the dropdownlist in the bottom left corner
3. Move camera manually with mouse / arrow keys
4. Try to select the original user from step #2 again

You clicking on the original user's name wont actually cause the camera to follow it like it should

Happens for any game spectate and for any user when following the above steps
