Wrong GPU drivers alert when joining game resulting into leaver/afk warning

So I joined a bot URF match (cause that's what I do) and after champ select, LoL tells me I have the wrong driver and I can't join the game (even though I did a game yesterday?)

So I restart my desktop after updating my drivers, log to LoL and I have a leaver/afk warning... have to write I Agree that I won't leave (even though I never leaves or afk in game)

It would be really nice to have that message BEFORE joining a game that my drivers are obsolete... That way I won't count as AFK/leaver when I'm just troubleshooting my PC because you told me to do so...

I'm kinda worry now that I don't have the right GPU driver, I have to test it... by joining a LoL game and cross finger it's okay

I'm baffled, confused and a bit annoyed by it
