The video shows it rather well and how to reproduce the issue.

Starting near river attack the large Sentinel with a ranged champion. More often than not the larger Sentinel will get stuck between the two smaller ones and the wall allowing the champion to easily take it with hardly any damage.

Replication.

Start near river and attack blue with ranged champion. Sometimes the buff will make it past minions if so allow reset and try again.

I can cause this issue to occur easily each time I take red side blue buff with a ranged champion.

You can do this on blue side as well, it's a great thing to know if you're trying to clear on a ranged jungler

I was not able to replicate it on the blue side. Which buff? Can you link to a video or image?

Stand where Kayle is standing, attack the small minion, the other one will move towards you since you were out of its auto range, then you can start attacking the buff since it will be stuck. You can apply a similar concept on melee champions by circling the minis.
