Sion passive and end screen

Hi, so twice in twisted treeline's hexakill sion's new passive didn't go off. I got quickly bursted down by katarina and once i died nothing happened.

Also right as the game was ending i ulted and normally the camera should go to the Nexus but instead it was bouncing back between the nexus and my newly ulted sion. Nothing serious but a bug none the less.
