Custom 1v1 on Summs Rift

Me and my friend were having a 1v1 and when i died we tried to leave the game yet we've been waiting like 20mins and still have the reconnect option and when we go to reconnect it says sorry game is invalid....... can anyone help me out, thanks Bluxar.
