No Sound in Highlights

I've been experiencing a bug prior to patch 8.20. My highlights had normal game audio now i don't hear anything when i play the recorded clips. Just to be clear the replay themselves are fine and have no audio issue its just that the recorded highlight clips don't and idk why you can't even adjust or turn on the volume level i hope riot fixes this soon because i already lost some cool replays because of this and playing more games. I have created many support tickets and I have tried every solution your "techs" have given me (re-install LoL, use HRT, use another media source) No offense, I have been basically told Im screwed for now. Please release an official statement RIOT. I am not the only one with this issue.
