Lucian's passive auto attack does not count towards a stack of electrocute. His entire ult also only counts as one stack towards electrocute.
This bug happens regardless of items or skin in every game.

I don't know why it wouldn't proc it twice for his passive, but it's understandable for his ult.
Gungadean1 votesIf I remember correctly thunderlords did work with his ult before so I decided to add it in along with the passive bug in case it was still supposed to proc it.
usul12021 votesthunderlords was 3 hits, not 3 uniquie hits. they specified that electrocute is supposed to function differently, and so things like lucian ult, velkoz ult, and the like that hit multiple times only count as 1 hit

usul12021 votesshe does not proc it with a q. still usable with weq tho, but super inconvenient. phase rush is the same, altho i've heard they're considering compensation buffs for her and sol as users of that, that cant now
