[client] Could not select champ during champion select

The bug was kind of two parts. First during the ban faze I tried to ban Mastery Yi but couldn't lock in the ban. The counter quickly counted down the last few seconds and at like the 1 second mark i some how ended up banning Rekon. During the champion select faze I could hover any champion and was hovering shen but somehow during my selection it was saying couldn't lock in and it switched over to Rekon who was banned but somehow it was locked in to hovering him.
