Disqualified from promos because enemy bugged out lobby

Enemy team bugged out lobby, selected a champion at 0, they sat there forever and then me and my duo * Who experienced the same problem, also in his promos * were put out of the lobby and basically counted as a dodge. Riot I am pissed .-.
