support issues

i was recently told by one of my friends that someone had been playing on my account this week i havent played at all this week when i tryed submitting a ticket it went through fine but then the ticket did not show up in my tickets on my login i was recieve emails from the league player support but all of the links in the emails brought me to pages that no longer existed and told me to go back to the home page of the riot website i am just trying to secure my account
