[Riot][Client] Gifting Center Down
I have been waiting to get paid to gift my friend who recently turned 30 a skin and I purchased the RP to do so and the Gifting Center part of the store is down.. Please fix ASAP

I was gonna surprise someone with a skin they said they've been wanting... I wanted to do it before they bought it! Which means I need the gifting center to be up NOW!
