[Gameplay] Kled Q (riding skaarl) active through shaco ult untargetable time

Normally, when playing as Shaco, you have the ability to use your R (Hallucinate) to temporarily disappear and become untargetable for a split second before both you and your clone appear. During a few recent games, I have run into the issue of Kleds q remaining active through the untargetable time, after landing, leashing to only the true Shaco upon reappearance and not the clone. This effectively gives away the true Shaco, ignores his untargetable time, and then activates as soon as both the clone and the player reappear.

Given the Shaco R (Hallucinate) can negate the active effects of almost any targeted ability, CC, map effects (ex: cait ults, dragon/baron knockbacks and knockups, most cc ults if timed correctly), would it be considered a bug when the Kled q remains attached through the untargetable time?

I understand that certain spells proc after a certain amount of time, but i believe that the kled q should be able to be negated via Hallucinate given you can negate the effects of a LB chain, and that is a very similar ability. Am i correct in thinking this?

Kled q lands--> shaco R(Hallucinate)-->temporary disapearance and untargetable--> shaco and clone reappear, shaco still chained not the clone, given away which is the real one, Kled q pulls real shaco back in.

I'm 99% sure that this is not a bug as I'm pretty sure that Kled's Q while mounted is considered a tether ability. The only way to break tethers is by moving far enough away from the source. Becoming untargetable prevents you from being targeted by future abilities as well as allowing to avoid many other abilities. However, becoming untargetable does not remove any DoT abilities or tethers that were placed on you beforehand.
