Sona powerchord stacking bug (GAMEPLAY)

When you aa with your powerchord stacked and then use an ability right after seeing the powerchord stacks disappear on the buff bar, this ability doesn't generate a new powerchord stack at all. this is very frustrating as it makes sona feel so clunky. if you want the new stack you'll have to wait about a second after launching your powerchord aa and then use your ability and that waiting makes you lose some precious time in battle (the waiting time feels inconsistent too).
