Possible sion bug?

I never noticed this occurrence on the PBE but since his release, every time i ult with sion, upon crashing into someone or ending it myself i can't do anything for almost a full second after as if i'm stunned. None of the abilities are locked or anything as though i were stunned. Like i said, i didn't noticed this on PBE so i don't know if intentional or bug.
