Bug in Queue and Party Chat

I was in a Queue with my friends and cousin, Then suddenly I wasn't able to talk in chat, neither were my friends. Then the accept/decline came but the button wasn't there so I wasn't able to accept it. Then later on when the same thing happened, I couldn't check my friends on the friend list, everything was empty. Then when I was in a champion selection with my friends, everyone couldn't talk and it was empty, it didn't say (Name) has entered the room. Please fix this bug!!! I pray to help you fix the problem
