Shop not working!!!!!

This shop is really pissing me off like riot what are you doing. I have sent a ticket in and it has been 2 hours of no response. My shop is being buggy like when i click to go in the shop it lags and i know it isn't my computer because it is a custom built. Sometimes it will say session expired. I was going to buy something, but how am I suppose to buy something if i can't even get in the damn shop. I wanted to purchase RP, but looks like that's not happening. This has been going on for like a week.

You expect a 2 hour ticket to be responded too, on a normal day it takes at least 6 hours and riot has the best response time I have ever seen.

[edit] As well the problem is with your client, pc, or internet. How do I know this? Mine is working fine, so it isn't server side.

Also having a custom pc does not make the pc flawless to issues. If you have a firewall check that, virus scanner same (make exceptions to those). Running processes could interfere, so close the ones not needed. Update drivers if needed, you need to troubleshoot the problem is indeed on your end. Also windows has thrown out a lot of updates lately, check into that too. If you use wifi port forward, as I said you need to troubleshoot, this seems to be an isolated instance of this issue.
