Not sure if this is intended or not, but when Anivia uses Q (Flash Frost) on Sivir, if Sivir activates her Spell Shield before the ice ball hits her, the spell shield gets popped but Sivir still gets stunned and still suffers double damage from Anivia's E (Frostbite).
Maybe the spell shield is blocking the first part of Anivia's Q (the magic damage), but not the second part (the stun)?
As a Sivir player, it is annoying to play against.

I just try to block her E instead. You can usually tell when she'll use it but God DAMN it is so annoying to play against her.
The issue in trying to spell shield her Q is it does damage twice. Once when it passes over you and another when it pops. If you has spellshield up when it was passing you then that is why you failed to spellshield the Q stun.
Anivia is just cancer to play against in general.
