heimerdinger tower bug

1)Heimerdinger towers absorb xp in the jungle (still lvl 1 after gromp)...probably happens in the lane also 2) in a duel with sivir my turret stopped fireing after her death eventhough lux was present in the radius, this only occured after latest patch ...happend once again with minions (turret not fireing with targets in range)
