Client and missing season rewards

I ended gold 5 season 4 before the preseason and I was showing gold border when preseason started, a week or 2 later I no longer had the border and I noticed I don't have the championship morgana skin, I asked a few people and they were atleast rewarded with there border from there season 4 rank, and the fact that I had the border is what makes me arouse suspicion. I don't know if the fact I was banned during the transition had to do anything with it but when I was unbanned is when I first had my gold border. I did not get banned again and I didn't notice when I no longer had the border.
