[Client] Weird in game keybind/chat bug

Hey,

Ever since patch 4.20, I've been having issues in game while chatting, which seem to be related to the key which I have bound to using my trinket. To clarify, I changed the key bindings so 1-6 are used for my items and the ` key (to the left of those six keys) is for my trinket, since I didn't like the fact that (by default) the trinket was bound to 4.

The issue I'm encountering is that the new key which I'm using for my trinket is now being spammed in chat after I use it. So instead of typing "hey, please ward the river", my message will look more like "hèy, plèasè wàrd thè rìve`r". It's not always that bad (and it'll usually randomly stop happening from time to time, too), but it's a very frustrating issue to deal with, because to my teammates it looks like my keyboard is broken / I'm stupid.

I've included a link to a reddit post describing the same issue (though the user who posted it uses ^ for his trinket, not ` like I do). Hope you guys can look into this soon (in the meantime, I will probably try to rebind my trinket to see if that helps).
