Urgot R bug

Well i dont know if its just me or urgots R doesnt work sometimes. i have had many times when the they have around 2000 hp and i get them to 200-100 hp but i cant pull them in to the meat grinder. can someone tell me if its just me being bad or a bug.

Can confirm, happens mostly pre lvl 11 for me, but it happened in all of my last 5 games.
