Volibear gameplay bug

When i open my attack on a jungle camp with E. The jungle camp reacts as if its resetting rapidly regening its health. This is really anoying and happends quite alot and makes it so you cant just q+e a camp to attack it. recreate: E a camp as the first attack to it and it will regen.
