Syndra - Force of Will Glitch when throwing Zyra's Plants

GhostSlayerX, who played Syndra and I (Mythologization), who played Zyra both experienced the glitch.

Syndra would pick up my plants (turret or roots) and when she threw the plants, there was a delay before the plant hit the ground, and then the sound of it. I have had the issue in the past, but assumed it was lag on my side.

I don't know if this glitch can be replicated, though I can try in a custom match (which I will hopefully do soon).
