Ranked solo que bug?

So I was queing for solo ranked and as soon as i got in my first pick on my team wasnt in lobby but was still there? He then joined after his turn to ban was over and then said he was "at the home screen the whole time". When it came my turn to pick it kicked me and my league went black for a second but the music for ranked champion select was playing. If this happened in my promos I wouldve cried. I now am currenetly waiting to re que for about 5 minutes. has this happened to anyone else? Kappa please
