Pyke health not registering when i buy health items til i level up

When i play pyke in ranked games it doesn't register that i bought health items til i level up. I start the game with 600 hp and i but health item that gives me 150hp and it still says i have 600hp until i get a level. Also it sometimes it sometimes says that my current health is lower than my max health even when i haven't received any damage.
