Champion chroma select skin bugs, and others

For 9.20, there have been many client bugs. For many champs, I am completely blocked from using any chromas, and there are like 10x empty filler blacked out slots of nothingness that I have to cycle through to get to a skin I want(Some are tan colored, others black). This happens maybe 75% of champ selects, and I can't screenshot it in a custom game as the problem disappears. This is extremely annoying, and it may just be me because I haven't heard anyone talking about it yet. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough. I've also had four different times where the load in screen freezes and I can't even bring up task manager to get league to stop running in order to restart it. I have to sign out of windows to get league back up. ANOTHER bug is that if you go to Collection > Champions, 75% of the time, all of the portraits are blacked out. Rito pls :D
