Elise Rappel bug is back.

Elise Rappel bug where she falls down without the user clicking anything is back. I have noticed it in the recent patch and its driving me insane. This was fixed in a previous patch but now its back again.

I really hate it when Elise pulls down back right after going into rappel. I lost so many potential outplays to this bug.
