Switching regions bug? (NEED HELP PLEASE)

So i was diamond 5 on eune with decent mmr for that league, i transfered to euw and i was placed in gold 1, now whats the suprise is that i had -3 points in gold 1 and i had 5 games low priority queues of 10 minuteS? and i have never been punished on eune and have been granted many honors.
